Dr Craig Layt is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). ASPS members hold a specialist qualification from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) which is the only College for specialist surgical training accredited by both Australian and New Zealand Governments through the Australian Medical Council (AMC) and New Zealand Medical Council (NZMC), respectively. Members of ASPS have undertaken a minimum of 12 years medical and surgical education, including at least five years of specialist postgraduate training, and are Fellows of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS).

Dr Justin Perron is a Canadian born, Australian-trained Plastic and Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon. He studied Chemistry and Biochemistry in Calgary Canada at the University of Calgary before moving to Australia to pursue his medical training in 2000. After growing up in a medically oriented family where his father is also a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Dr Perron decided to continue the tradition, and pursued a career in medicine. Dr Perron completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia before moving to Queensland in 2003.
